The National Medical Commission (NMC) has emphasized that MBBS doctors, even with six months of certified training in Ultrasonology, are not permitted to use the title ‘Consultant Sonologist’. This reminder comes from the recently published E-Book “Professional Conduct Review – Lessons from Case Archives”.
