New Delhi, May 25, 2025 – The National Medical Commission (NMC) has announced the reopening of its NEET PG 2024 Admission Monitoring Portal, giving medical colleges and postgraduate institutions across India an extended opportunity to submit data regarding postgraduate admissions. The portal will now remain open until June 10, 2025.
The decision comes following requests from various medical colleges for additional time to complete the data submission process. Initially, the deadline for submitting details of admissions made through NEET PG 2024 was set for March 31, 2025, and later extended to April 7, 2025. However, the NMC has now further extended the timeline, with the approval of the competent authority, to ensure that all institutions can comply with the requirements.
In the official notice dated May 22, 2025, the NMC Secretary stated,
“All concerned stakeholders are requested to kindly take note of the same for further necessary action.”
The notice also referenced previous public notices issued on March 25, March 30, and April 7, 2025, which had asked colleges and institutes to fill in the details of students admitted to postgraduate medical courses through NEET PG 2024.
Medical colleges facing technical issues or queries regarding the submission process have been advised to contact the NMC at [email protected] for assistance.
The reopening of the portal is expected to streamline the data collection process and ensure transparency and accuracy in the admission records for postgraduate medical courses nationwide.
