New Delhi, August 20, 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially declared the results for NEET PG 2025. Out of a scheduled 242,493 candidates, 230,114 aspirants appeared for the postgraduate medical entrance examination, and 128,116 candidates have successfully qualified, according to NBEMS.

This year, the board clarified that no normalisation was applied to the results. Cut-off scores were set as follows:

  • General/EWS: 50th percentile, 276 marks out of 800

  • General PwBD: 45th percentile, 255 marks

  • SC/ST/OBC (including PwBD candidates of these categories): 40th percentile, 235 marks

Candidates can check their results by visiting the official NBEMS website, selecting ‘NEET PG,’ and accessing the result PDF. They must scroll or search for their roll number to confirm their results and are advised to save the PDF for future reference.

The announcement marks a crucial milestone for medical graduates seeking admission to postgraduate courses across the country, with competition remaining intense and cut-off scores reflecting the high standards maintained this year.
