The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued a final reminder to all applicants for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) June 2025 session to submit any missing or deficient documents by July 16, 20251. This step is crucial for candidates to secure their eligibility for the upcoming exam, which is scheduled to take place on July 26, 2025.

A PDF list of candidates with outstanding documentation has been published on the official NBEMS website, natboard.edu.in. Candidates are instructed to log in using their application number, date of birth, and login PIN to view deficiencies and upload the required documents.

Documents flagged as deficient by NBEMS include:

  • Primary medical qualification diploma or provisional pass certificate (attested by the Indian Embassy at the place of qualification)

  • Admission proof/NEET-UG qualifying documents or an eligibility certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC)

  • Proof of citizenship

  • Correction documents for errors in names and dates of birth

  • Supporting papers for transfer cases between medical facilities.

NBEMS has emphasized that no further opportunities will be provided after the July 16 deadline. Candidates who do not complete the documentation process by this date will be declared ineligible, and admit cards will not be issued.
