Addressing the Annual Conference of the Delhi State Medical Association, Atishi emphasized the unwavering support of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government for healthcare workers, describing them as pillars of the healthcare system.

This scheme, which covers both public and private sector healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and blood bank staff, recognizes their unparalleled dedication during the pandemic. “We will continue to provide equal support to all healthcare workers, regardless of whether they serve in the public or private sectors,” Atishi affirmed.
Underscoring the importance of health and education as top priorities, the Chief Minister described these sectors as critical investments in the country’s future. “Doctors are the backbone of our healthcare system. They play an indispensable role in supporting families during medical crises, and our government is committed to enhancing healthcare facilities to meet their needs,” she said.
