AIIMS Bhopal is also employing a molecular PCR-based diagnostic test developed by CSIR-CCMB to aid patients with sickle cell disease. Additionally, the institutions are conducting joint research on sickle cell disease and genetic health, aiming to deliver targeted solutions for these challenges.
