The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for a stronger and more inclusive health emergency preparedness, response, and resilience (HEPR) architecture. At the Seventy-Fifth World Health Assembly in May 2022, the Director-General presented WHO’s proposals, developed in consultation with the Member States and other stakeholders, on strengthening the architecture for HEPR.
These proposals are presented here as an updated White Paper for further consultation.
